Great boutique hotel!
Stayed for 3 nights. Was surprised at this boutique hotel. Stayed in the main tower. Great service. Booked in advance and got a great rate for a hotel in SOMA. Clean with interesting decor that made the room lively. Felt a little like a dorm room, but nothing wrong with feeling younger. Wifi service worked perfectly. I will say that there is no A/C, so the room was a little stuffy. Cracked open a window to get some fresh air and it was fine. The standing shower may not suit tall people (over 6'0). Shares amenities with the Best Western next door. The restaurant was okay. Will definately stay here again. Only 4 blocks from the Moscone Center with a lot of shops, a mall and eateries. And parking is cheaper than surrounding hotels.

Not a bad hotel
Stayed there from 23rd-28th October 2007. The room was quite cozy and it is quite near to Union Square. Free wireless internet connection in the room.

Great bang for the buck!
I was just up in San Francisco to see Conan O'Brien, and I stayed at this lovely gem. For $63, my buddy and I got a room with two beds. Granted, they were only twin sized, but for a one-night visit, it wasn't that big of a deal. If you are going to SF to see a show at the Orpheum Theater or the Warfield Theater, stay at Hotel Britton. It's within walking distance to both. There is also a great bar called Jack's Happy Daze and a liquor store (both open until 2 AM) just a stone's throw away from Hotel Britton. In addition, parking is only $15! So you can get drunk, see a show, and have a place to park your car, and sleep in a bed for a reasonable price.
