this place is okay
there are no clocks, and the hotel clerk does not show up for work until she feels like it, so do not count on a wake up call. also do not count on getting your ten dollar deposit for the key since there won't be anyone there to give it to you. this place is pleasant enough, although certainly in the US you would expect to pay way less for the same room. the restaruant is okay, the rooms clean and pleasant, and the location pretty good, especially for a morning flight from the airport.

In the heart of it all
Did not have to rent a car to get to all the places we wanted to go. Great restaurant on sight. Friendly staff. Great marina.

The Conch Inn
Having been in Marsh Harbour numerous times by boat, I thought I would try and stay at a hotel. The Conch Inn/Moorings is probably the poorest hotel experience I have had in my travelling career. The staff is innatentive and rigid. The Dockmaster is nowhere to be found. The rooms were terrible, missing toweld, lights out, TV not working, to mention a few. I could keep going but you get the picture.
