This small and friendly guest house, is located just south of the river and within 10 minutes walking-distance from the harbour area of the city centre - pretty much where most of the action is, in summertime especially. It mainly caters for "working men" according to the owner, i.e. businessmen and laborers away from home on a contract (it therefore offers cheaper rates for long stays) but can also cater for leisure travelers as well. It's a three-storey Victorian building, not particularly smart but clean, comfortable and most of all, cheap.
