This small, family-run guest house provides a comfortable and clean base, and is especially handy for the M5 and M4. It tends to attract business people in the week and leisure travellers at the weekends. Although the northern suburb of Filton isn't exactly packed with attractions, it's only a 20 minute bus ride into the city centre. The Bristol Tourist Board has awarded Rowan Lodge a rating of three diamonds, in recognition of its commitment to quality and high standards. Some rooms are en suite - these cost extra.
