What used to be one of Mumbai's hidden hotels for tourists on a budget, Bentley's is spoken of more often than you'd expect. Ideally situated off Colaba Causeway, the hotel prides itself on 3 things; Location, Location, Location! In close proximity to the Gateway of India, the Prince of Wales Museum (now renamed Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya), Jehangir Art Gallery and the Rajabai Clock Tower, Bentley's Hotel is also orbited by a variety of restaurants (Delhi Darbar (Indian), Bade Miyan (Indian, Moghlai), Piccadilly (Lebanese), Cafe Churchill (British, American), Basilico (Italian, Contemporary)). Rooms are furnished sparsely but adequately, and some of them come with attached balconies or sit-outs. However, guests aren't allowed up to your room post 11p. That's about the same time you'll be ordering a third round of beers at Cafe Mondegar (Mondy's) or Leopold (Leo's).
