Barry's Hotel is one of the oldest in Dublin - built during the latter part of the Georgian period. It is situated 300 metres from O'Connell Street, the northside's main thoroughfare. This 30-bedroom hotel is a popular spot for gaelic football and hurling enthusiasts and counts some of gaelic football's top figures among its regulars in the warm, inviting hotel bar. The "Tudor Rose" restaurant places a strong emphasis on traditional Irish dishes.
