Unhelpful and rude staff
The location of the motel is excellent, being within walking distance of most of SF´s main attractions. The room was really smelly, we guessed it came from mold or something, but we got used to it. The rooms were noisy due to the traffic and poor insulation in the walls. the real problem with this place were the unfriendly staff.

Affordable and Comfortable
If you are looking for an expensive place to stay....this is it! The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helped us with all of our needs. The small cafe connected to the hotel is a great place to have breakfast. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will stay here every time we visit San Francisco. If you enjoy walking you are just 2.9 miles to Union Square, 3 miles to Pier 39 and if walking isn't your thing you can catch the Muni (bus) to any of the location for $1.50 per person and your transfer ticket will bring you back to the hotel. The staff will help you find your way. The only down fall about the hotel is parking, but you can over look that tiny detail. I recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone visiting San Francisco.
