Top quality traditional cuisine from Venezuela is what you'll find at this center of gastronomical training and experimentation run by Helebra Ibarra, located in the old premises of Hotel Aventura Caracas. Young chefs and or almost qualified ones achieve surprising results here, with their high quality both in form and content. The center's signature dish is Salmón Unilateral (salmon cooked only on one side) accompanied by steamed potatoes and leeks. The center is not short of exciting proposals in the meat and fish areas, providing new aromas and presentation. Some of the desserts, like the so-called Isla flotante (floating island), are extremely popular. Even though going up the highest part of San Bernardino to get there may seem a bit of a drag, it's definitely worth it.

booking is advisable.
