There's only one item on the menu here, conch, but Doc does it right. The specialty of the house is conch salad, at USD 6 per bowl, a Bahamian specialty, and one you'll see on almost every restaurant menu, but few can match the homemade authenticity found at this simple stand. There is a sit down area (just a few stools) but most people opt for takeout. The proprietor is warm and friendly, just the kind of character you would expect and hope to meet on a tropical island.
