In addition to immaculately prepared dishes by Chef Gemma Angulo, formerly of The Tides, this South Beach bistro called Bolero features live Cuban music and an unusually friendly staff. Although the menu here is not large, the variety is very good. Appetizers include smoked salmon, grilled quail, and ceviche. Delicious seafood, beef, and poultry entrees and desserts all are delectable and so inexpensive that the guilt pangs wont just appear. Dine in an elegant yet comfortable environment, surrounded by local patrons as well as tourists from every corner of the world.
