Hotel restaurants are in vogue, and Borsao has placed itself in the top of the list. Housed in the Conde Aranda Hotel, its decoration has a modern, almost minimalist character. Its private dining rooms are havens of privacy.
Well worth trying is the artichoke salad with boletus and asparagus heads, salted cebón with vegetables or hake in mushroom sauce. A large variety of wines is also available. For dessert, an Aragonese speciality is recommended: peaches in red wine.
