Addicts of Castilian style roast lamb cannot forego a visit to this inn, fitted with large dining rooms and decorated like the inns visited by Don Quixote and Sancho Panza centuries ago. The house specialty is roast spring lamb, meaning lamb fed on nothing but its mother's milk; the asparagus pudding, roast sucking-pig and kidneys are also excellent. The chef recommends accompanying it with Parraneja wine. For dessert, fig ice-cream with chocolate go down a treat.
