Owner Stanley Simmons named his restaurant after the two pleasantly plump uncles who bestowed upon him their culinary prowess. Known as one of the best places in Port Lucaya to sample traditional Bahamian cuisine and soul food, this establishment attracts many locals as well as tourists. The menu may be a bit limited, but the prices here are outstanding. Patrons enjoy Bahamian turtle and native classics such as cracked conch. American soul food dishes include Southern fried chicken and blackened fish.
