Located along the main road through Smith Bay, Glenda’s Caribbean Spot dishes up nicely-prepared Caribbean fare. The menu runs to Caribbean lobster, tender conch in butter sauce and fresh local fish broiled, boiled or fried. All dishes come with generous helpings of beans and rice, sweet potatoes, banana-like plantains, a cornmeal and okra dish called fungi. This second-floor restaurant attracts visitors and locals who want to dine in the same location where former President Bill Clinton ate in 1997 when the restaurant was called Eunice’s Terrace.
