The lighting is subdued, the beautifully laid tables are covered with linen and the polite servers are formally dressed. Every table has a view at Edmonton’s only revolving restaurant, located at the top of the Chateau Lacombe. From this elegant, 24th floor dining room, you can see to the far ends of the city.
