The San Francisco Bay Area, already famous for its great seafood, has added yet another feather to its cap; the Walnut Creek Yacht Club. The freshest fish is a guarantee here, as it is never frozen, not even while shipping or processing. The result is some marvelous tasting dishes like the Cabo Cocktail and the Fijian Ono, which make for the perfect meal when followed up with desserts like the Creme Brulée, cheesecakes or shortcakes. It is worth noting that almost everything, from mayonnaise and salad dressings, to the clam chowder, is made in-house, and is available at a small counter within the restaurant itself.
