The Blue Wing Saloon & Cafe is a perfect blend of the past and the present. This saloon was first set up in the year 1880, and was re-established once more in 2005. The wood-paneled interiors and patio seating retain much of its old-world charm, and Californian fare dominates the menu, combining the best that local orchards, vineyards and farms have to offer. Try the Braised Short Ribs, or the Chicken Scaloppini; cowboys will readily surrender all their guns for a taste of them!
