Chef Tom Colicchio created Wichcraft in 2003 with the goal of perfecting the handheld meal. Known mainly for their hot, cold and breakfast sandwiches, this originally New York-based restaurant also has soups, salads and cheaply priced desserts. The creatively presented sandwiches have equally creative fillings too. Be it the goat cheese sandwich or the slow-roasted pork sandwich you will be surprised at the way flavors are married to created something as delicious as that.
