The Mandala Hotel, as a member of Design Hotels, welcomes guests in its glass-cube dining room. Located on the fifth floor of the hotel, the Facil restaurant is one of the hotel's most charming features. The architecture and interior is dominated by an elegant purism of honey-colored natural stone floors, light gray marble built-ins, and stylish chairs upholstered in light-colored natural hues. The large glass patio roof helps to create a natural light and airy atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, personable and attentive. Best of all is the menu, which has been completely revamped, highlighting the latest trends in contemporary haute cuisine, while remaining true to Michelin-starred chef Michael Kempf's philosophy of light and luxurious.
