Habel Weinkultur is a restaurant and wine cellar located in the Arte Luise Kunsthotel. The wine cellar below the restaurant was a concept that was begun by Johann Simon Habel who created the first Habel Wine cellar in 1779 for Frederick the Great. Today, his descendants run the Habel Weinkultur kitchen and cellar with equal finesse and perfection. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner all of which comprise local specialties. This is where you are sure to find some German politicians, artists and economists. For tasting some of the world's best wines, you have to move to the cellar.
