Situated right next to a bus stop on a busy, out of town shopping street, this smart restaurant and cocktail bar is equally popular with students and local residents alike. The large front window overlooks the street, a fact which doesn't seem to bother most diners as this is a fashionable place to be seen. Smart burgundy decor and subdued lighting give the interior an air of calm but it soon livens up in the evenings as people drop in for a quick meal or drink. The menu ranges from light meals - hot baguettes, omelettes and salads, to main courses such as lemon or spicy chicken and lamb dishes.
