When North Phoenix folks have a hankering for slow-smoked meats and tasty sides, they know to head to this unassuming place with a friendly, neighborhood hole-in-the-wall atmosphere. You might have to wait your turn for one of the few tables or one of the seats at the bar, but once you have tasted the brisket, chicken, and ribs, you will be happy to hang around this classic cowpoke barbecue joint.
