Situated in the City Hotel , the creative menu in this spacious and contemporary restaurant changes at least every six weeks and introduces some wonderful specials to take advantage of what is in season. There is an emphasis on French and modern contemporary Australian cuisine. A typical mouth-watering entree could be Duck en Croute with Muscatel or Pasta Stracci with Herbs and Pine Mushrooms. Recent specials include John Dorey and Red Mullet on Saffron, Braised Potatoes with Bouillabaisse Sauce, and Roasted Jerusalem Artichokes.
