This restaurant is colonial and Creole in style, like the square it faces. Very much in harmony with the colonial neighborhood that includes Simón Bolívar's birthplace, this restaurant has occupied an old colonial house for more than 30 years. It has many regular customers and others that stop by when they're in the area. The cuisine is home-style and Creole. The fried plantain slices, pabellón criollo, the Venezuelan national dish, fish and meats, salads and guava preserves are quite like those eaten in Venezuelan households, and are prepared with the same loving care and good taste. Everything is spic and span and the service is friendly.
booking is advisable.
