This agricultural event draws farmers from all over Ireland every December to inspect prize-winning animals and the latest farming devices. Although much of the fair is taken up with traditional farming products and machinery, recent years have seen technology play an increasingly large role. Recent exhibitors have included computer firms offering software such as 'Suckler Cow Module,' which links the suckler cows with their calves, and 'Parlour Interface Module,' which automatically updates milk yields.
