This trade fair takes place during September some 6km from Salamanca. Over 800 exhibitors from the national livestock-farming sector with over 2,000 animals turn up. Cattle, sheep, pigs, birds and rabbits are all on show. This trade fair is a major attraction during the fiestas of the Virgen de la Vega because the livestock on show is known to be thoroughbred. Please plan ahead as there is no public transportation to the event.
