Also known as the children of the rain, for they reproduce with the first rains in May, Mexican mushrooms are extremely varied. Their applications are also varied, for there are some that can be eaten, others that have medicinal properties, and still others that are used in religious ceremonies and rites. If you wish to taste those which are edible, visit this gastronomic fair on the esplanade of Cuajimalpa, to learn a little bit more about their uses, visit the stands in which photographs, documentaries and conferences help educate you about this fascinating world.

This exhibit takes place during the last weekend in July of each year.
