This agricultural trade fair, which is held every two years, has achieved a long-standing international reputation. The products exhibited cover genetics, seeds, fertilisers, equipment and installations, machinery, transport and commercialisation of agricultural products. It is undoubtedly one of the most interesting and comprehensive fairs in Europe in this field. It is unsurprising, therefore, that the fair attracts visitors from all over Spain and abroad, making hotel reservations in advance highly recommendable. There is another fair specialising in cattle-breeding, the F.I.M.A.-ganadera, which takes place the years that the agriculture fair is not held. Parking costs 400 ptas and fairs sometimes set up special bus services (phone no. above for information). The admission charge has not yet been confirmed.
