This open-air artist's market is in the heart of Plaza Central. Many fine Mexican hand made products can be found here -- this is the place to get Huipi Les (traditional Mayan dresses), Rebozos (shawls), tightly woven Panama hats, blankets and hammocks. There is also a selection of leather goods including shoes, boots and belts, Mayan ceramics and reproductions of Mayan stelae from the ruins. The usual souvenir t-shirts and other gifty items abound.
