If you are planning to get to know Nicaragua after your stay in Costa Rica, you will be glad to know that there are good, reliable, and inexpensive services by bus. The hasty might be happier travelling by plane, but the money-aware will be delighted with the reasonable prices offered by this transport firm. Buses leave for Managua at 6a and 7:30a and arrive about ten hours later. On long trips like this, there are usually two drivers who divide the work between them and chat along the way. Therefore, if you are planning to get some sleep en route, it is recommended that you do not sit too close to the front of the bus.
