This service provides travellers with all ticket and timetable information required for both internal and international rail travel. The offices are situated along Hybernska leading off Namesti Republiky. Rail information can also be obtained from offices at the main railway station (Hlavni Nadrazi) and other stations, although English is likely to be at a premium. Rail travel in the Czech Republic is very cheap and efficient. For the more popular destinations, look out for trains marked with a red R (rychlik for fast). Few trains operate a buffet service so it is advisable to obtain food and drink prior to boarding.
