There are a number of regional train connections linking Belfast to the rest of Northern Ireland. Belfast suburban lines include the Bangor line, the Larne line, the Lurgan line and the Lisburn Line. The Derry and Londonderry line will take you up the North Antrim Coast to Northern Ireland's second largest city. Belfast's most popular train journey remains the Enterprise service to Dublin. There are several departures per day, the earliest leaving Belfast at 6:50a allowing you to be in Dublin for a 9a start. The Enterprise is enormously popular so arrive early to ensure a seat. You can only catch the Enterprise from Central Station. Some Enterprise services also stop at Portadown, Newry, Dundalk and Drogheda. Tickets for all trains can be purchased prior to departure at stations with cash, credit card or by switch. Weekly discounted tickets are available on the suburban lines which allow you unlimited travel within any one week period.
