If you're planning to travel by microbus, you only need go to one of the main avenues in Mexico City. There are hundreds of microbuses on a large number of routes. Some of the better known ones are: the one on Paseo de la Reforma, the one on Avenida de los Insurgentes; the C.U.-Politécnico route, which follows the Avenida Universidad; the one on Calzada de Tlalpan, Miramontes, Ermita Iztapalapa, etc. Buses (autobuses) are not very frequent, and they have fixed stops on avenues such as: Montevideo, Miguel Angel de Quevedo, Reforma, Eje Central, Insurgentes and in all the built-up areas of town. Finally, the trolebuses are almost obsolete now, though you sometimes see some in avenues such as División del Norte, Xola, Félix Cuevas and Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas.
