This airport, six kilometres east of the city, is the way into Mexico for all international flights. With only two runways, it manages to host 50 million travellers a year. The terminal building consists of the public hallway, domestic and international rooms, a mezzanine, waiting rooms and 13 baggage reclaim conveyor belts. The airport is divided into two terminals: one for domestic flights (Rooms A, B, C and D) and another for international flights (Rooms E and F). There are four modern and highly-functional car parks with capacity for up to 5,000 vehicles. These car parks serve 250,000 users daily. There are several restaurants offering international cuisine, fast food and sandwiches, as well as some cafeterias and bars.
