Located south of the city proper, Ninoy Aquino International Airport is the main entry/exit point of international flights to and from Manila. The name is usually shortened to NAIA (say: nah-yah). Facilities include duty-free shops, banks, restaurants, post office, medical clinic and various tourist-related counters. Ample parking space is available at hourly rates in an open parking lot located in front of the terminal building. No public transport is available from NAIA to the city. However regular taxis are occasionally available outside the terminal. A shuttle service ferries passengers to the Centennial Terminal and Manila Domestic Airport.
