A few blocks north of Hlavní nádrazí (main rail station), Florenc Central Bus Station is the destination and departure point for almost all local and long distance buses. The nearby Florenc Metro Station connects to both B and C lines of the underground system. Long haul buses cover numerous destinations including: Vienna, Budapest, Warsaw, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin and London. Perhaps the cheapest method of transport, it also the slowest with London taking over 21 hours. Local buses use the same ticketing sytem as the trams, metro and funicular. Services are quite limited and bleak. Bring food and watch your valuables with eagle eyes.
