The International Airport Tom Jobim is the largest in Rio, with more than 20 Brazilian and foreign airlines flying domestic and international routes through two terminals. Terminal 1 is the main gateway, with most airlines, facilities and government agencies, and Terminal 2, a modern new building, serves the StarAlliance group of airlines. There are several shops on the premises, as well as cash dispensers, exchange services, a post office, luggage lockers, 24-hour drugstores, a cell phone rental booth, and a chapel. There is also a VIP lounge for Diners Club cardholders. Duty-free shops are available for both arriving and departing passengers; arriving passengers are allowed to spend up to USD500 on tax-free goods.
