Don't go here unless you're a tourist...
Okay, don't get me wrong: If you haven't been to this restaurant before, and you are a tourist, you're probably going to like it as long as you don't know how a good steak or BBQ is really supposed to taste. It definitely should be an enjoyable experience for kids who are 5 or under, because they can dance the night away and have someone show them how to line dance. The kids and their parents seemed to really get a kick out of it, and it was packed. This was the Trail Dust in Arlington, TX.

Bad Experience
We went to this restaurant looking for a nice quiet steakhouse, and instead found a boisterous, overpriced madhouse of bad-tasting food. We had to wait for a table, and then were seated next to the dance floor, where the live band was so loud that they could have been heard for miles, I'm sure. The dance floor was crowded with children, obviously under the age of 12 with no supervision (although signs said that children under the age of 12 on the dance floor must hold hands with an adult), who acted silly, jumping and running and doing splits and cartwheels, and climbing onto the stage in front of the live band, who didn't miss a beat, but kept on blaring the country music. Other children were in a side area, lining up and sliding down a slide (at least this activity was more controlled).

Too loud and Not what it used to be
Expect long waits, poor service and lots of kids running around. Cold steaks after a 45 minute wait and really uncaring server.
