Conde Nast Traveler and Gourmet magazines have recognized Cacharel Restaurant, and the Dallas Morning News and Zagat's have hailed it as a four-star restaurant. This is because the "new French cuisine" here is exquisite. A wide range of entrees, including fish, lamb, quail, duck and chicken, are available on the fixed price menu. Individually priced entrees are also available, including the grilled ostrich omelet, the smoked salmon quesadilla and the lemon-pepper farfalle. To complete your meal, try chef Hans Bergmann's signature dessert, a paper-thin phyllo dough filled with white chocolate mousse and covered with fresh raspberries and sauce.
