This grand steakhouse opened in April 1998 with an idea that began in Oklahoma, where folks enjoy a good steak almost as much as Texans do, and has since earned a loyal local following. The walls of the Charleston's restaurant are beautiful with rough exposed brick, while the candles and small lamps on the tables enhance the romantic atmosphere. The menu includes a wide variety of fork-tender, mouthwatering steaks cooked to order. Try the hickory-grilled rainbow trout, seasoned with pepper, salt and garlic. The house specialty, sautéed shrimp with roasted peppers, is served with fresh asparagus and tossed with pesto-sauced linguine.
