Located in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards, this restaurant resides in a saloon-style building loaded with Western ambiance. Horse saddles hang from the walls and a large wooden bar stretches across the dining room. A tin ceiling adds to the authentic charm. Chef/Owner Tim Love is a native Texan, which obvious in his most-requested specialty, Roasted Garlic-Stuffed Beef Tenderloin. Other menu items emulate Italian, Spanish, Mexican and Asian fare, including the Buffalo Rib Eye and Quail Quesadillas. With limited hours and seating for just 52 people, it would be wise to call ahead for a reservation.
