While they play up their Irish heritage, they’re light on the authentic Irish meals. The Spin-art Dip is a creamy blend of three cheeses, spinach, garlic and artichokes served with cut vegetables and chips, Seared Ahi Tuna which is seared in a garlic and black pepper crust and served with a ginger soy glaze.
