Just off the beach on the ground floor of this opulent resort is this wonderfully open-air restaurant. Seating sweeps along several levels with this kitchen and buffet service located in the rear. Furnishings are medium tone and tropical in style and the restaurant is bathed in pale colors and neutral tones accented only by tropical foliage and high ceilings that makes it feel even larger and spacious. Breakfast begins early and among things like fresh pastries and tropical juices is their delicious crab benedict served with rosemary potatoes and coffee or tea.
