Dining at Michel's is an experience reserved only for the most special of occasions. Sunset dinner reservations are always in high demand and nothing less than collared shirts are expected. Besides your standard escargot and fois gras, there is fresh Steamed Island Onaga and Pimento Dusted Kona Kampachi that is done perfectly and served with the utmost finesse. The décor is done in pale colors with an emphasis on comfort with touches that make you feel you have been transported to the south of France, although the views are some of Hawaii's best.
