Jesus "Cyclone Anaya" Valencia thought restaurants would provide a safer lifestyle than wrestling. After many successful years in Houston, Cyclone Anaya's has made the leap to Dallas to provide true Tex-Mex such as seafood ceviche which is fresh and limey and salad-like enough to eat with a fork. Betsy's Tamales, probably the most popular entrée, are filled with shredded pork cooked in acho chile sauce, layered with chile con carne, melted cheese and diced raw onion. With a long list of margarita varieties ranging in price from $11-$14, it's easy to have a night of it here. - Raine Devries
