Tex-Mex is legendary—when it's done properly. Casa Blanca's décor is simple, and they focus on what's important, which is solid food rather than visual fluff. All standard Tex-Mex items can be found on the menu, yet some dishes deserve special mention, including the Jalapeno pork chops with two bone-in chops with chile and citrus glaze served with mango pico. Anything filled with the brisket is something to write home about.
