The dining room is large and may not have been remodeled since the '50s when those luxuriously padded leather booths were all the rage. The menu has escaped any current fads, too. It is the same solid, well-made Mexican food that has been drawing people of all ages here for a great meal and a good time for decades. You can have Nopales (cactus) with eggs for breakfast, a Lunch Plate of Enchiladas or Tacos, a dinner entree of Pork Chop, and then dream the rest of the night away with one of the best Margaritas anywhere from the full service bar. The service is unpretentious but thoroughly efficient.
