Mexican posters and do-dads decorate the walls and the furniture here looks like it came from a rummage sale. The food, though, is first rate. It is flavorful, cooked to perfection and available early in the morning or late at night. Burritos, bursting with chicken, beef or veggies, come in a size that could easily feed two. The enormous shrimp cocktails are spiked with lime and spicy salsa. The rest of the menu, which includes enchiladas, rice plates and tacos, is equally good. The service is quick and friendly.
