Located in the Museum of Art of Puerto Rico, Pikayo is one of the best-known restaurants on the island, and rightfully so. Chef Wilo Benet leads a team that creates some simply exquisite dishes, all served in a winning atmosphere. Pikayo fuses classic French, African, Caribbean Creole and California nouvelle cuisine with definite Puerto Rican flair, to offer an impressive array of complex, but delicious concoctions. Specials include complex entrees such as the Grilled Shrimp, Julienne Chorizo & Guanabana Beurre Blanc. The décor is smartly contemporary, with plenty of black-and-white accents that gives Pikayo a traditional New York ambiance. Both the decor and the food have won accolades from top magazines in the field, even receiving the honor of "Best Museum Restaurant", and has hosted many of the rich and famous who vacation on the island.
