The atmosphere of this five-star Caribbean and Latin American eatery is best described as funky and fun. Brightly colored oil paintings of the Caribbean hang on the walls. The different-colored tables and chairs appear to be salvaged from the many neighborhood thrift stores. The crowd is a mix of young professionals and older couples. The menu, created by renowned area chef Gabriela Salas, is a sampling of moderately-priced spicy Latin American dishes. Menu items include grilled pork served with passion fruit jerk sauce. Dessert is a must, especially the flan and the chocolate and gingerbread cake.
